We produce all items to customers specification and requests. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are thourully inspected before packing and dispatching for any defects and faults. Please make sure you double check your required options such as colours, sizes and spellings before completing your order as they are non refundable or exchangeable unless faulty. 

Once we have produced and dispatched your items, they are then in the hands of Royal Mail or your governments postal service if outside UK, and as such, we are not directly responsible for any loss or damage to your item - but we will always try to help you in these circumstances.
