We do not pre stock any goods offered on our shop as all orders are produced from fresh materials upon customers requirements. This enables for customer to experiance maximum lifespan of materials offered by us. We will produce your requested item within 2/3 working days from the date of purchase. If we require further information of your order we will notify you within 24 hours. Please check your inbox within this time to avoid further delay.
Goods will be fully prepared on application tape, trimmed and ready to apply upon delivery. We make sure your item is packed well regardless of size to avoid damage while on the move. Once we have produced and dispatched your items, they are then in the hands of Royal Mail or your governments postal service if outside UK, and as such, we are not directly responsible for any loss or damage to your item - but we will always try to help you in these circumstances.
FREE delivery on all goods! Items should arrive between 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
EUROPE, UNITED STATES, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA
We will always try our best to keep our international customers happy by keeping our shippings costs as low as possible. International orders usually arrives between 4 to 8 working days. Sometimes they can take longer than usual, this could be for various reasons therefore we must all maximum courier time which is 15 working days. If the item has still not arrived please contact us.
For all orders we will notify you once the order has been produced and dispatched. If your item qualifies for tracking service we will send you email with your tracking information and a link to couriers tracking page where you can track your package online.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We produce all items to customers specification and requests. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are thourully inspected before packing and dispatching for any defects and faults. Please make sure you double check your required options such as colours, sizes and spellings before completing your order as they are non refundable or exchangeable unless faulty.
