General:

Q - Can I apply this graphic myself?


A - Yes of coarse, most of our products are easy enough for you to install. Instructions will be provided with your order, you may also view our instructions page by clicking here. We will soon be launching our YouTube channel providing you with how to install videos on all sorts of graphics, materials and sizes.

Q - Do you offer custom graphics/services?


A - Yes we can. We can do a custom design for you or having provided your logo on EPS, CDR or AI file.

Q - What surfaces can I apply my decals to?


A - Our products will stick on any clean, smooth or non-porous surface. These are all suitable for internal and external use.

Q - Do your decal have a background colour?


A - There is no background colour unless stated, it is completely transparent and clear. The colour you will select is the colour you will receive. These are die cut and single colour. The background colour will be the surface you apply it on. 

Q - I have a font in mind, can you cut it to my requirements?


A - We have over hundreds of fonts, our fonts are handpicked from the best fonts out there. Please see our personalised category before enquiring. If you still want to use your own font, sure, contact us before making any ordering commitments for our confirmation. Sometimes some fonts cannot be cut for many various reasons. We will confirm your idea once you have contacted us.

Q - I have received something which I did not order or you have sent me wrong colour/size. What can be done?


A - If you have received something which you did not order, we apologise. Sometimes mistakes can happen, for that very reason we sincerely apologise. Please send us a picture of the product you have received, once confirmed we will produce and dispatch your correct order the next working day.

Q - Do you print stickers?


A - At this moment of time no, this is something we are currently planning on and should offer full colour printing services to you very soon. Keep checking our Facebook and Blog for such updates.

Q - I have another general question which is not listed here. How can I contact you?


A - If your question is related to a product, we have 'ask a question' link on every product page. Please use this link regards to a product. Otherwise visit our contact us page for all other enquiries.




Postage & Packaging:

Q - Do you ship outside of the U.K?


A - We ship to most European countries as well as United States, Canada and Australia.

Q - What is your production/dispatch time?


A - We will produce and dispatch your item within 2/3 working days. Please note public holidays such as bank holidays are treated as non working day, in this case your item will be dispatched the next working day.

Q - I need this fast, do you offer such service?


A - If you require this urgently, we highly suggest you select First Class SignedFor option while checking out. This will ensure you receive the package in timely manner. For UK customers only.

Q - My decal came bent, is it ruined?


A - Your decal should not arrive bent but if this has happened then you may still get away as the vinyl itself is quite flexible, once you have applied and used squeegee to firmly apply the decal you should not notice anything.




Cancellations, Refunds & Returns:

Q - Can I cancel my order?


A - If you wish to cancel a newly placed order please contact us as soon as possible. This will ensure we don't pass on your order to our production line.

Q - Can I return my item for an exchange?


A - We produce all items to customers specification and requests. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are thourully inspected before packing and dispatching for any defects and faults. Please make sure you double check your required options such as colours, sizes and spellings before completing your order as they are non refundable or exchangeable.
